Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, all sales are handled with care and finality.

Returns and refunds are limited and evaluated case by case.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

We will review and resolve accordingly.

Returns

We do not accept general returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Overstock

  • Preference changes

All approved returns must meet:

  • Product remains unopened and in original condition

  • Return is authorized by AGA BevCo

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • Verified product defects

  • Fulfillment errors

  • Approved return cases

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch

  • Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellations may not be possible

Liability

AGA BevCo is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Product handling once received

  • Delays caused by incorrect order details
